Every working day from 9.00 - 17.00, business support is ready to help you with all your questions. When necessary, your customer and the relevant courier will also be contacted. General support is available from 9.00 to 21.30 (weekends from 10.00 to 21.30). General support may not be able to provide the correct answer to business customers' questions.
